Lucky shopper Julie is quids in
1:30pm Wednesday 1st September 2010

A SHOPPER was handed £50 of vouchers after being picked as the first of the city’s CrownGate Shopping Centre’s lucky parkers.
Julie Whittle from Bringsty, near Bromyard, was picked as the 50th shopper of the day to pay for her parking at CrownGate car park and was handed £50 of House of Fraser vouchers on the spot by centre manager Erica Burlace.
Mrs Whittle was the first of three lucky parkers who will all receive £50 of House of Fraser vouchers, if they are picked out on random days throughout the remainder of the summer. Ms Burlace said: “It was a real pleasure to give one of our customers such a lovely surprise. She was absolutely delighted, it really made her day.
“We will be picking out two more lucky parkers so anyone who parks in the CrownGate car park until the end of September could win themselves £50 of House of Fraser vouchers.”
The lucky parker scheme is part of a major campaign of customer incentives and improvements at CrownGate car park this summer which also features the park for £1 all day Sunday promotion, running until Sunday, September 26.
